How to buy?

- Enter the address where you want to receive the product. Then click "Continue"
- Select your preferred shipping method and click "Continue."
- Choose the payment method.
- On the purchase confirmation page, you can review all the purchase information and confirm
- After confirming, you will receive an email from us
- Once payment is received, we will send the receipt and your order.

Shipping and delivery times
We ship throughout the Mexican Republic. Our online store offers a reliable platform for secure shipping with DHL, Estafeta and Reedpack through Enviosperros.
Shipping cost will be displayed based on total, weight and location at checkout prior to purchase.
Delivery time will depend on the type of shipping selected. In general, the delay is between 3 and 7 business days after payment has been confirmed.
My order arrived incomplete, incorrect or damaged
To start the clarification process, please contact us via our contact form and provide your order details and a description of the problem with the missing, correct, or damaged product.
Once approved and verified, we will provide you with additional instructions via WhatsApp support to reach an agreement on the replacement or refund of the product.

Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?
We do not make refunds since we work on demand nor can the order be cancelled once the order has been issued.
Where can I track my order?
When you make your purchase, you will receive an email with the tracking link. Sometimes deliveries may be delayed due to parcel logistics and demand during certain seasons. Don't worry! Your order will arrive when the situation returns to normal.
If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 15 days, please write to us through our contact form so we can review the situation and provide an immediate solution.
